How long does my order take to ship?

Items ship in 1-3 business days.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Items currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, The Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, and the UK.Contact me if you would like your country to be added.

What if I live locally?

Choose the local pickup option at checkout and contact me. You will not be charged shipping. I will provide you with my address and pick up information.

What is your return policy? 

I stand by the quality of my items 100%. If you do not love your item, please contact me within 5 days of receipt and postmark for return within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please pack securely. If the item is returned broken, the return will not be granted.

Will you be doing any in-person events?

I am limiting my in-person events to two a year. Check my events page to see what is scheduled for the future.

When is your next restock? 

I’m a mom, wife, and I work full-time as an art teacher, so updates take time. My goal is to update during the following months: February, May, August, November, and December. Be sure to sign up for my newsletter so you are more likely to know when they happen.

What tips do you have for restocks?

Restocks tend to sell out quickly. If possible create an account on my site to expedite the checkout process. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. Therefore, I would suggest buying your number one choice first and then coming back for any additional items. I will always combine and refund any major shipping overages.  

Do you accept customs or wholesale orders?

No, not at this time.

How do I care for my new pottery?

I want you to enjoy using my work daily! It is food, microwave, and dishwasher safe. Ideally, pottery is hand washed since the dishwashing detergent can be harsh. However, I know that isn’t realistic for most. I strive to make quality, durable work that can withstand this.

What if my purchase arrives broken?

I usually overpack orders to avoid this event. However, if something does arrive broken, contact me and include photos of the package and damage. I have insurance on every order and can refund the order
